  • What are the common sizes of plastic pallets?

    We offer various standard sizes, including:
    - 1100 x 1100 mm (Common for export)
    - 1200 x 1000 mm (Common for warehousing)

    Custom sizes are available upon request. Please contact us for inquiries.

  • How do I choose the right pallet for my needs?

    You can consider the following factors:
    - Usage: Export, Warehousing, Cold Storage, Stacking, Racking...
    - Load Requirements: Static load, Dynamic load, and Racking load capacities differ
    - Need for anti-slip, cold resistance, or chemical resistance

  • Can plastic pallets be recycled and reused?

    Yes, our pallets are mostly made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP), which are highly recyclable and eco-friendly. Some products also support remanufacturing, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint.

  • Are there single-face and double-face pallets? What’s the difference between them?

    Yes, we offer the following types:

    1. Nine-grid pallet: Suitable for general on-site handling and import/export cargo. Can be used with both forklifts and pallet jacks.

    2. Single-face open-deck pallet (cross or field-foot design): Suitable for light-load automated warehouses, general on-site handling, shipping, and conveyor systems. Compatible with both forklifts and pallet jacks.

    3. Single-face solid-deck pallet (cross or field-foot design): Sturdier structure, suitable for medium-load automated warehouses, general on-site handling, and shipping. Compatible with both forklifts and pallet jacks.

    4. Double-face pallet (cross or field-foot design): Very sturdy, ideal for automated warehouses and heavy loads. Can only be handled with forklifts, not pallet jacks.

  • Can plastic pallets be used on shelving racks?

    Yes, they can, but you need to choose rack-compatible pallets with higher structural strength. They are suitable for beam-type or shuttle racking systems. Be sure to check the pallet’s rack load capacity specification.

  • What is the minimum order quantity? Do you have stock available?
