Experienced sales representatives will contact you to understand your actual usage environment (freezers, warehousing, export, outdoors, etc.), handling tools (such as forklifts, automated warehouses), stacking methods, and load requirements.
We will also provide past case studies to help clarify your direction.

Our design team provides preliminary sketches and suggestions based on your needs, considering everything from dimensions, thickness, and materials (e.g., HDPE, PP, or recycled materials) to functional accessories (anti-slip strips, steel tubes, anti-static).
If needed, we can also generate 3D simulations so you can visualize the finished product beforehand.

Once the design is confirmed, we will provide a detailed quotation and recommended production methods (such as injection molding, assembly, double-sided, etc.). We will confirm the quantity and delivery date with you and arrange the production schedule to minimize your waiting time.

If you wish to see a sample or conduct tests first, we can arrange a prototyping service. This allows you to check load capacity, safety, and stability, ensuring everything is perfect before mass production.

Every batch is controlled according to ISO standards. From raw material selection and process inspection to shipping packaging, we check every layer to guarantee quality.
Third-party inspection reports or factory certificates can also be provided upon request.
